Booking / Cancellation / Payment Policies:
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve equipment. Once deposit is paid, items and quantities can only be increased.
- Balance to be paid at delivery. (Equipment will not be loaded off truck until balance is paid)
- For your convenience, we accept Visa / Mastercard / Amx / Discover / Business Check / Cash.
- Cancellations (for any reason):
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to event: 10% of the total is due
- If cancelled between 11-30 days prior to event : 25% of the total is due
- If cancelled 10 or fewer days prior to event: 50% of the total is due

We offer chairs, tables, linens, tents, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and catering equipment for all your wedding, event and party needs.
We also offer services for your event such as setup and install of linen, centerpieces, bartenders, catering, and wait staff. These are some of the services we offer.
Prices shown are per day (24-hour period). Discounts are available for multiple-day rentals.
Saturday or Sunday event rentals are due Monday by 12:00 PM.
